another reality you couldn't show how you feel, even if you wanted to. but you don't really care about it anymore, do you? your apathy -- makes you crawl into a pit; lighting up your 'bong', taking too many pills. i can't reach you anymore -- not even your 'buddies' can. why'd you put up that wall? why can't you break out? you created this world -- another reality for yourself, filled with smoke and vibrant colours. on the inside, it looks wonderful -- a place you wouldn't want to leave. take a look from the outside -- it may scare you. from here, i can see nothing but grey. faint shadows dance; relections of who you were, fading into nothing. can't come back, can you? you'll wish you could, once your little 'reality' looks like it does to us on the outside. can't now, can you? you're loosing your apathy -- you realize what you were, what you are now. then you start to care -- then you want to change: too late. your apathy had led me to my own. now the smoke comes from me; the pills are really mine. i don't care, though. now that i've got my own, new reality... ---mindie bolce
